I am a mom, a realtor, a yogi, and a mover of bodies and a teacher of body movement. I am a believer in nourishing your body to calm your mind. To me, movement is medicine.

MY MISSION 

My mission is to create a welcoming and inclusive space for everyone to explore the transformative power of movement. Finding both stillness in a yoga flow and building core strength with Pilates, I believe movement is a path to self-love and empowerment. I strive to guide my students toward a deeper connection with  body and mind, fostering both flexibility and stability. I encourage people to build strength, find balance, and cultivate a sense of well-being in their practice that extends beyond the studio.

MY CLASS

My classes are designed to be accessible to all fitness levels incorporating both progressions and modifications for each movement. I want my students to have fun, learn and enjoy!
