HOW TO BOOK YOUR SAUNA EXPERIENCE
Front Desk
You can ask a dharma yogi (our front desk staff) to book your appointment at the desired time. If your requested appointment is during off-hours, management will reach out to you directly to find a time that best accommodates your schedule
Send your requested day and time to info@yogamechanics.com. Someone will get back to you shortly to confirm your request.
FROM MOMENCE
Login to Momence or open the app.
Tap Appointments from the home screen.
Select Infrared Sauna
Choose your date and time for your reservation.
NOTE: Our appointment schedule is based on our class times. Sessions are also available during our “off” hours. Email info@yogamechanics.com, and we will book your session personally, accommodating your schedule to the best of our ability. You do not need to proceed further in Momence.
You’ll see a confirmation screen with the day/time you selected for the YM Treatment Room (our sauna location).
MOMENCE APP: Click Book at the bottom of your screen.
MOMENCE WEBSITE: Choose Book without Membership. (Unless you pre-purchased your package or drop-in session)
