MY MISSION

I’m a lover of all types of movement and teach from a place inspired by various movement modalities. This beautiful practice of yoga offers us a way to bolster self awareness and connection to what’s happening around us. My aim is to make space for curiosity, exploration, and insight through asana. Life is always in motion, and so we move with it. The goal is to set the best conditions to move well in our bodies, both on and off the mat. 

MY CLASS

My classes use measure & alignment to support functional movement. Infused with pranayama and theory, we’ll move dynamically through asanas to tap into a felt-sense of stability & ease. There will (almost) always be props and variations will be offered. All levels welcome
