Asana Fundamentals: Exploring Alignment with Hana Konheim | In-Person and Online
This class is designed for beginners and seasoned practitioners who wish to deepen their understanding of asana through the basics of alignment.
Here, we teach the outward shape of each pose, the specific muscle actions required, and the nuanced refinements that can impact your practice, with an emphasis on how poses will look different for all people!
This is a great class for anyone new to the alignment-based yoga style of Yoga Mechanics.
Class is open to students with memberships (including the new student trial), class packs or try out the experience with a drop-in class.
