Chair Yoga | In-Person and Online
This class is designed for beginners and seasoned practitioners alike.
Chair Yoga offers students a gentle way to move through yoga poses with support. We will practice a series of poses on chairs that promote movement without over-effort. This class is ideal for anyone with injury, arthritis, limited range of movement, or for those just looking to move slower. Chairs are provided at the studio.
Class is open to students with memberships (including the new student trial), class packs or try out the experience with a drop-in class.
